What follows are the highlights of the team over the decades: |
1942 |
The club joins the Northern Amature Football League (NAFL). The team is captained by Cecil Gopaul. |
| 1943 | Won the Keynote and Camacho Cups in the NAFL. They lost only one game for the season. Malvern supplied seven (7) of the NAFL 11 that opposed the TAFA team in the inter-league series. |
1944 |
Malvern transfers to the Trinidad Amature Football Association (TAFA) and wins the 2nd Division - League Championship Shield. The team is captained by Paul Carr. |
| 1945 | Won the TAFA 2nd Division - League Championship Shield for the second straight year. Team captained by Paul Carr. |
| 1946 | Won the 2nd Division -
League Championship Shield for the third straight year. Won the National BDV Cup Competition whilst still playing in the 2nd Division. They defeated Maple (1st division) 4-1 in the semi-final and Sporting Club (1st division) 6-2 in the final. Won the Wilson Cup and a new trophy J.T. Johnson Cup. Record for the season stood at: 29 played, 25 won, 3 drawn, 1 lost. Their forwards scored 112 goals and the defence 17. Carlton "Squeakie" Hinds selected to represent Trinidad while still playing in the 2nd Division. |
| 1947 | The promoted to the 1st
Division TAFA. Team captained by Phil Douglin. They retained the BDV Trophy. Won the Bata Cup - Intermediate Division. Defeated the Jamaican National Team 3-0 in a friendly. Six players were selected to to represent T&T in their match against British Guiana, including the entire Malvern forward line of:- Carlton "Squeakie" Hinds, Fedo Blake, Phil Douglin and Lio Lynch, with Carl "Picky" Waldron at half back. |
| 1948 | Won the 1st
Division League Shield TAFA for the first time. Won the Gooden Chisholm Cup (Winners of south vs north). Won the Intermediate Division League Shield. Won the Bata Cup. |
| 1949 | Won the 1st
Division League Shield TAFA for the second time. Won the BDV Cup against Colts 3-1. Goals by C.Hinds, P.Douglin, P.Carr |
| 1950 | Won the Intermediate
Division Shield. Won the Diploma Cup 5-2 against Maple. Malvern football Team tours Barbados. They defeated the Barbadian League and KO champions (Spartan Club) 9-0. |
| 1951 | Won the Intermediate Division Cup for the third year running. |
| 1952 | Won the Football Association Trophy (FA Trophy) 2-1 against UBOT. |
| 1953 | Won the Admira Cup
(played for by the second five teams of the 1st division). Won the Intermediate Division League Shield and the Diploma Cup. P.Carr, C."Putty" Lewis and C. "Squeakie" Hinds selected for the National Team to tour UK. |
| 1955 | Won the FA Trophy 1-0 against UBOT. |

| 1961 | Won the FA Cup jointly with B.P. Fyzabad. Earned the reputation for playing "pretty" football nicknamed "Cha-Cha-Cha". |

Cup jointly with B.P. Palo Seco. Won the POSFL jointly with Regiment. Was chosen as the TAFA Team of the Year. |

Trophy. Won the Golden Chisholm Cup against Palo Seco Won the Douglin/St George Trophy (Winners of POSFL vs SAFA) against Valiants. Won the Constantine Cup on penalty kicks 4-2 against Defense Force. Won the Champion of Champions. Won the President's Trophy. Won the Constantine Cup. Became1st runner up to Defense Force in the NSL (National Soccer League Championship Division). |

against Caroni. Capt: Teisha. Won the Ollie Camps Trophy (North teams in the National Soccer League). Became the Football Team of the Year. Russell Tesheira was selected to play on the National Football Team and was nominated National Footballer of the Year. |
